The lady at the front desk can communicate in English, but she doesn't have slippers, so she has to stand on the steps to take a shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. Mainly because it's very close to the airport. Yandex Go is just a taxi ride away, which is very convenient.

The check in process was too slow. I was tired and sleepy and I got to see chinese group was getting loud at check in counter. Interesting interiors, cute houses, delicious food and desserts!! There is a gym and a swimming pool with a sauna, for a fee you can go to spa treatments: we were on a Thai massage, but it was a C grade - instead of the prescribed hour it lasted 50 minutes and somehow they were free, at least in Moscow the level of massage is noticeable better. We had two nights - quite enough to relax and sleep off...

Wonderful cozy place. Amazing decor and very helpful staff. Came here to celebrate my birthday. There are nice bonuses for birthday people here) I didn’t even have time for SPA procedures, because I wanted to explore the whole territory and feel the special atmosphere prevailing here. 3 Star Hotel. Dont expect much from it. The best part is; close to the crocus exhibition center. Its a bit dirty, no changing bed even if you stay 20 days. Employees barely speak English. Fairly cheap but low quality. Some rooms are very small and your window view could be the sport center, it could be very noisy. If you take a room with river seen, its better. Avarage

Went in April 2019. First time ever in Moscow and for an exhibition at Crocus. So, as newbie to the city, that hotel served its purpose as exhibition was litterally a couple of minutes away from the hotel door. Decent facilities but a bit bare: a gym addition will make it better. Shopping mall (Vegas) and supermarket within the same Crocus complex.

From the airport, you take the escalator and cross to the opposite side of the road to wait for the shuttle. It's a self-service system; you carry your own luggage. Frequency of Airport Shuttle service pickup from Airport is not punctual in comparison to other Hotels. Shuttle often gets delayed and more people accumalate to board the bus rahter than the available seating capacity. They should send buses more frequently atleast in the Winters.

Service is excellent, free shuttle from airport was great, it stops at Terminal C every 15 and 45 min ( for example at 3:15 and next at 3:45…and then again 4:15, and 4:45…) Breakfast was amazing definitely worth the money, room is everything we hoped for. Really enjoyed the stay, will definitely come back.

Nice place. Relatively far from the city. The nature in their Park is great, you can close your eyes to obsharpannosti, old rooms, no wifi, and no mobile signal. The hotel is more for corporate events in nature. All is well, only in the dirty room, cleaning 1*, was in room 524. In the shower someone else's hair, under the table, someone's foot petal left for a 3 day stay so nirazu not removed, although the "maid" was daily.

The front Desk is not friendly but all speak English. The Hammam sauna is quite good and also pretty hot. At the Bar there is a lot to eat, the quality is well up on the lamb shish kebab. And the old lady from Wednesday is constantly with schleche mood... Fitness is verraltet but you can still use. Again and again the maids are lazy.
