Дополнительный гость на территории - 1000 руб/сутки с человека, дом комфортно вмещает 4 гостей.
В праздничные дни стоимость отличается.
Бронирование осуществляется по 15% предоплате. Остальная часть оплачивается при заезде + 5000 рублей депозит, который возвращается в день выезда после проведения уборки, в течение 12 часов.

Уборка за собой и вывоз мусора обязательны, или за отдельную доплату — 1 500 руб.

Залог возвращается при условии, что в доме отсутствуют сильные загрязнения, вещи на своих местах, отсутствует мусор и следы курения, имуществу не причинён ущерб.
В случае отказа от брони, меньше чем за семь дней, предоплата не возвращается.

Присутствие несовершеннолетних гостей без родителей - запрещено.

Размещение гостей младше 23 лет - по согласованию!
