New building. There are still many empty spaces. But what is already taken, I liked it. Excellent playroom for children. There is where children frolic. There is also a chic cafe on the 2nd floor. The food is delicious and not expensive. There is also a cafeteria on the 3rd floor, but teenagers constantly hang out there. This is their territory))) chic coffee with pine nuts is prepared there. I recommend.

A cool complex has appeared on the East side of the city! 1, 2, 3 floors are given over to commerce - a beauty salon, grocery stores, refueling cartridges, making advertisements, a bathhouse, a children's center, a foreign language school, a cafe, a coffee shop, etc. The 4th and 5th floors are a hotel and a hotel. The floors above are occupied by people in the apartments. There are free areas for tenants!
