I can recommend this hotel. It's a convenient place to stay if you have a car. The saunas weren't open the day I visited.

The place is beautiful, but far from the center of Moscow. This is the closest thing to the airport.

A wonderful place, we had a family vacation. We loved everything, and we got a clean and comfortable room on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was polite and friendly, adding to the positivity of the place. The gym, pool, and saunas made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you!

A nice 4 star hotel per booking.com. Place looks new compared to the older Google map photos. Some of the lobby furniture worn. I didn't see any pond. It is located in a strange area as they're car dealer ships that block the hotel and almost restrict traffic to this location..the roads rough and narrow. Terrible hotel, initially they put me in a very shady and ugly room which smelled like cigarettes. If I hadn’t complained I’d have stayed in such an awful room. They don’t treat their guests well. The irony is that upon check in you sign a document that you have to pay a fine if you smoke in the room, but some of their rooms smell awful. It’s definitely not worth the money, if you’re thinking of staying...

Very sad. No. 1 Two backpacks were lost in the luggage storage. The front desk did not deal with it. They said that the relevant personnel were off work and the hotel manager did not go to work at night. No.2 I stored my luggage and asked the front desk to place it in the luggage room. 1. not a working air conditioner 2. we were changing 7 rooms before we found a room with a working conditioner. it took approx 1.5 hours. 3. The wellness center is not working but it was included in our booking. The hotel refused to compensate for it. 4. Old hotel with ugly smell in rooms. 5. Not clean. 7. Doors, windows etc were broken. It's just out of its life. Very old.

The hotel maybe was 4 star. 20-30 years ago. Now it’s a complete wreck. For ex. all bath equipment was broken, I mean it was leaching, 1 of elevators is broken and looks like for a while, everything is old and nasty, there are old beds in the corridors, the beds are old and you don’t want to see what is under the sheet and etc. Never seen this kind of 4 star.

Reciption and service desk are very rude and slow. Rooms not clean and doesn’t have standard things; no enough towels, toilet robes. No way to check in if you arrived 1 hour earlier before checkin time; you have to pay Half day additional to check in 1 hour early

Stange design but OK for its money

Small central located hotel. The room not big but, as for me, you have enough place. Good breakfast. Don't forget to ask for omelet, they make it on demand. It is a rather quite place, very good wifi, helpful stuff. I was twice there. Don't hesitate to tell to the stuff if you have some issues, they do their best to help.

Some of the pros. Starting from the location, in the heart of Moscow. I liked everything: the interior, courteous staff, cleanliness in the room is incredible, cleaned every day bedding and towels, PLUMBING as v5TIZVEZDOChNOM hotel, the newest ,the cleanest. The Breakfast buffet is decent. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Arriving in Moscow will stay only here. Thank you.

Great location for the city center, the Kremlin, and Gorky Park,. Quiet despite being in the city center. On the minus side: The room was very small, no place to hang or store clothes, let alone open your suitcase (except for on the bed). Bathroom was even smaller. The hotel is centrally located and all museums and attractions near Red Square can be easily reached on foot. During my stay, the cleaning lady came every day around noon and tidied the room :)

The receptionist spoke good English and was patient; she even helped us get a taxi to the airport. The room was very clean and tidy, with good soundproofing. It's a 20-minute walk to Red Square. Highly recommended!

The interior is beautiful, and the rooms are very cozy. It's 5 minutes to the Tretyakov Gallery and 1 minute to the embankment with its fountains. I definitely recommend it!

The soundproofing is amazing, the front desk staff are super friendly. You can even see the church next door from the bay window—the view is fantastic!

I usually don't write reviews, but I will for this one. I stayed for two weeks in this wonderful hotel in December 2023. I requested a particular room with the church view, and they accommodated for my request with ease. Location is amazing on a very quiet street. Clean, cozy, and only 10 mins walking from the red square. I highly recommend this hotel.

Interesting interiors, cute houses, delicious food and desserts!! There is a gym and a swimming pool with a sauna, for a fee you can go to spa treatments: we were on a Thai massage, but it was a C grade - instead of the prescribed hour it lasted 50 minutes and somehow they were free, at least in Moscow the level of massage is noticeable better. We had two nights - quite enough to relax and sleep off...

Wonderful cozy place. Amazing decor and very helpful staff. Came here to celebrate my birthday. There are nice bonuses for birthday people here) I didn’t even have time for SPA procedures, because I wanted to explore the whole territory and feel the special atmosphere prevailing here. The hotel is fantastic! I recommend it to everyone: families with children, older people, and fun groups. We booked in a hurry, as our vacation was spontaneous. After booking, we read the reviews and got a bit nervous... we were immediately skeptical about the vacation after reading them, since we vacation often and have something to compare it to...
