+ The location is perfect for the tourist, 5 minutes to "The Holy Trinity Monastery" 10 minutes to railway station. The bed was very comfortable, with AC, fridge, TV, Shower, ect. All great! The room was very clean and well furnished The administrator is very good. She did all the required formalities as the form was in Russian language.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Lavra. There is a private parking. The rooms are clean.
Cons - breakfast and poor soundproofing. For breakfast, only tea / coffee (you brew it yourself, with hot water), cereals with milk, white bread, butter, jam and processed cheese.
Please also note that payment is only accepted in cash (or transfer to a card).

The hotel is clean. The location is not bad. Near the center. Also not far from the bus station. there are travel kits in the rooms (toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, slippers) killed of course the declared breakfast. Just Bystrov porridge in a bag and bread and butter. Tea and instant coffee can be made. That's all there was for breakfast. There is no kettle or hairdryer in the rooms, but a big plus is the secure parking, which is closed at night. The total is + and - but for 3900 / night I think it's expensive

Good hotel.
Clean, spacious room.
There is a refrigerator, safe, nets on the windows and a cooler.
The only negative is the breakfast.
Instant cereals, white bread, and solid sugar. If you like to have a hearty breakfast, then keep this in mind.
