Hello! Well, what can I say about this hotel, no more than 3!
Unfortunate location of residential buildings relative to the administrative building. I tell you, you arrive, you park in one place ... you walk, there is a blizzard on the street, things are in your hands, there is a child nearby, there is a lot of snow, into the administrative building. Okay, they didn’t break, but it’s not very comfortable. Why can't you park in front of the entrance?
Payment for rooms is only cash or transfer as a last resort. Then you go out into the street and a cute girl with the direction of her hand indicates where to go🤦‍♀️. Winter, cold, snow, again, not enough, we go to the residential building 400-500 meters. Not convenient at all, given that the restaurant where you can dine in the same Administrative building.
The room is large (we had a Family room, 2 rooms). The room is cold and not comfortable at all.
Because Hungry went back to the restaurant. This is a completely different story. We were alone there, a family of 3. Ordered 1 salad, 2 hot ones, a sandwich for a child, and pancakes. As a result, the last dish was given to us after 57 minutes, specially spotted with a stopwatch. And how to say the last dish... they brought hot food to my husband, but I didn’t, referring to the fact that I didn’t order🤦‍♀️. And it turned out after 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then another family came ... I felt sorry for them 🙈 they still had the whole standby mode ahead)
Further, returning to the room, they did not find toothbrushes !!! This is generally HOW?!!!! They called to find out if the maid was mistaken, but no. For a toothbrush, you need to go to the Administrative building and pay 50 rubles. for one set. This is some bullying! 🤬
Breakfast is poor, which is also disappointing.
In general, it is difficult to call this a good hotel! This time. The recreation center is more like the truth. And not in the winter. The territory is large and at the same time it is not cozy in winter, only a beautiful winter forest partially smooths it out. From entertainment: skiing, but it’s not possible to ride (there is a lot of snow, they barely manage to remove the paths) and a kind of hill, this is like a hill, because it’s impossible to ride, the tubes don’t fit into the kaley, and the snow hill itself is not very well located, low almost straight, it would be possible at least to fill it with ice.
The administration needs to think about many problems.
