We rested with family on the weekend 07/08/2023-07/09/2023. The place is simply incredible, the houses are all brand new, everything you need is there. We rested in the second house, the 4 adults were very comfortable. The river is 100 meters away. The owners and staff, very attentive, constantly asked if we were doing well and if we needed anything. I recommend this place to everyone to visit

We went for a couple of days, we really liked it! Checked in quickly, cool two-story houses, we had a corner one with a separate entrance, fewer neighbors. Spa and environment are great! Rooms are confortable, with some flaws, but overall experience has been great. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 12 isn't exactly a plus.
Nice place to have rest within friends or families. Huge inside pools, bathes and saunas - where most of time is spent. Also there is inside amusement room with children's complex, pool tables, gaming machines and bowling with unlimited beer. Amazing interiors in every building - the place looks very fresh and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The main downside is the cuisine - it is awful. Very narrow selection of... well, everything. Very limited selection of diet food. Also it looks like the same food travels from one day to another and is not very fresh sometimes. And horrible smell in dining area.
Quite a nice vacation in the northern part of Moscow region. Very huge closed territory. You feel totally secured with commercial security guard along with state police in each entrance. Two swimming pools. One absolutely average, another is 2000 sq meters right on the air. Water temperature is maintained all year round about 30 Celsius if air is not colder then -15. Quite an interesting experience...
Very nice place for families with kids. All inclusive is a very nice opposition here ??? I can recommend this place for all of you who want to spend time in green surrounding.

Wonderful place. Magic winter nature, silence and tranquility around. Convenient parking. We were for the purpose of visiting animals. They brought with them bread, carrots, bagels. The children happily fed the rabbits, cows, goats and sheep. Emotions are not transferable. Recommend.

Great place to relax! We stopped for two days, relaxed in a Russian bath with herbal tea. We lived in a room with a balcony, a beautiful view from the window met in the morning. The decoration uses natural materials, which creates an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. Audibility of neighbors is high, but it did not interfere. In winter you can rent skis) Thanks to this place for a great weekend.
Great place to relax. Everything is done in ethnic style. Linen sheets, pillows stuffed with buckwheat, wax ignition for the barbecue. The house has panoramic windows overlooking the river, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a normal descent into the water. There is also a place for walking. Reservations must be made at least one month in advance.

had been on mixed travel their first on business after that had few days for going around moscow. Can't say how top of the line the service is,despite the security knowed our car they always asked to see our hotel reservation or to say which room we are at. Top security their guards patroling without actually bothering you and stalking you because i had been to similar hotels with security patrols...
