No smoking here. And this is +) Courteous staff. Purely. Everything is fine.
Nice hotel staff, delicious breakfasts. Rooms are relatively clean but well maintained and air conditioned
Minuses: A room on the 4th floor without an elevator, hot water from a boiler, which is clearly not enough for 2 adults, a shower, or rather an algorithm for setting the water temperature, it's just awful! Impossible to wash! The TV is terrible
We stopped at this hotel for a few days, a business trip. Pros: Clean, visually good repair, there are places to eat nearby. The Internet is present, the rooms have everything you need
And of course the cost, 3200 for it seems a little expensive to me

One of the best hotels in Moscow. Convenient location, next to the metro. All amenities are present - a swimming pool, breakfast included, free parking, while the prices are quite affordable

The ratio price-quality is close to ideal. Just very clean rooms and everything you need. For such money it is better not found
it's very cool there and also beautiful
ordered even a romantic dinner, the restaurant superbly and got all the candles were brought in, and hearts on a plate painted. Clean, people are nice, everyone is smiling, even the security guards in the lobby
I recommend the hotel to everyone, and stay in the Lakes for those who like to swim and walking in the forest,sights are the Museum of local lore and excursions to the local candy factory,very interesting

A great hotel for a family vacation. We spent two weeks here, and the weather was perfect, so we went to the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. The dining room has a great selection of dishes
We stayed with our 8-year-old child. The grounds are large and beautiful. There's a beautiful, warm pool, various saunas, and slides. There's even a petting zoo and a great rope course
Champagne is served in the morning, and around 4:00 PM, champagne and wine are poured in the lobby. There's a small zoo on the grounds with deer, yaks, bears, and smaller animals
You walk with a child, a nearby stand and smoke. There are no clear restrictions on Smoking. The lobby bar is not included in the price. In the salt room with salt smells a little
Meal is awesome though mostly simple. Staff is welcoming and helpful. A lot of activities are held constantly. Water park is not big
Was and winter and coming summer. With children great! Animation works from morning to 22 daily interesting programs, kids will love, well done guys animators!!! A huge Spa centre with pools and saunas are excellent

I didn't have to pay for late checkout! There are few downsides too. First of all, hreakfast is available only from 9:30! Wifi in my room didn't work. There are no CNN, no BBC on tv list, only Russian propaganda channels
Very quiet location in a closed area. During my visit hotel was empty, so I had no issues with good rest after long working hours. Service at reception was great
But I suppose there is same situation in the most of hotels in Russia
