The name of the hotel fully justifies the content. Everything is so Soviet-Soviet. The "luxury" room is certainly far from being a luxury in the usual sense, but in general you can live. From the pros: it is located near the center of Kolomna, the price tag is slightly lower than the hotels nearby. Of the minuses: everything is pretty shabby and shabby, the cafe downstairs is so-so.
