I ordered a burger... took 40 minutes to cook came out raw took another 30 minutes to re cook the same burger given back to me. Overall bad experience.

Were in the park today, January 22, 2021. We rode tubing. We have been visiting the park regularly for 4 years with a big campaign. We won't go there again, in other parks the attitude is better. We rented tubing for an hour. Were with three children. We were not warned that if we were 5 minutes late, we would pay for a whole hour. As a result, we reached the slides (15 minutes), rode for 50 minutes and until we got back (15 minutes), as a result, 20 minutes were extra. We were charged for an hour. When we invited the administrator Christina to explain what we have to pay for, she didn't even want to explain - pay and that's all, as she said, we are not interested in what you went like that. I invited her to walk to the slides and measure the time it takes for her to reach, of course she turned up and referred to the park's management that they were so bad. In general, horror, I do not recommend this park to anyone!

I love this place! Ok, so its not Sochi, but the always maintain the trails quite well and its lifts are far cheaper than the other resorts. Most of the runs are short, but they are tricky. Its also not so crowded and easily reached by public transit. For some reason, my binding screw disappeared after riding one day but the guys in the ski service fixed it for free! I will definitely be back next season. Also took a snowboarding lesson there. Even though I don't speak Russian that well, I understood what to do and learned quite a lot.
