The reason this hotel gets five stars is the location and the staff. you are right in the centre of town , also close to the bus to kivorsk. The staff were polite, helped us get taxis and were polite and friendly
The hotel is located in the good sport of town. We arrived at exactly midnight after taking train from Murmansk bit far from train station if you wish to walk to/from Apatity train station
The reception is proactive and properly proceed us the check in. The room was quite dated but it’s not a big deal cz the old soviet style i think. Comfy bed with bathroom equipped and towel provide
This hotel is very good for the price you pay. We arrived very late after the Murmansk train arrived and the check in was quick and easy. The room was dated and old, but it was clean
One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable and could do with a new mattress but the room was a good size and had a TV and tea coffee. The water takes a while to get warm and the water pressure takes a while
The interior design is outdated, but now the renovation has started, there will be changes. This is for the leadership: you closed the main entrance and wrote that you can enter the hotel near the former cafe "Cream"

Wonderful recreation center! We rested with my family in a small house, I liked everything very much, both the room and the hospitality) We came specially for winter fishing, the location of the base is very good, on the lake
to eat, they asked in advance when booking upon arrival to immediately organize a trip on dogs and a snowmobile for us, but we had to agree on the spot ourselves
We went in mid-February, the weather and the landscapes are gorgeous of course. The room was not cleaned very well, there were traces of glasses on the bedside table, and there were other people's hair in the whole room
The place is just space! I advise everyone to visit this place, there are of course small flaws, but not to the place, but to the service and organization

A good place to relax with the whole family and friends. Small to large houses are cozy. There is a bathhouse at the base, which is located on the shores of Lake Imandra
And in winter, you can enjoy a ride in a sleigh pulled by huskies. For those who are not very patient with animals and the noises they make, I would suggest considering an option with a different tour base
