We spent 2 nights and 3 days including pick-up (Murmansk -> Rokhozero -> Kirovsk) with Robozero Tour. We stopped in April and May, but the lake was still frozen and we were picked up from the town of Robozero by snowmobile. I went by snowmobile for about 30 minutes. Accommodation is comfortable! The toilet is clean and spacious. There is an extra charge for the banya, but there are no other showers...

Repeatedly rested with friends at the base "Bear's Corner". Hospitable hosts will always create a homely atmosphere by preparing a delicious dinner/lunch. The curtains, the window sills are dirty, the railing on the stairs is broken, the sewage smells terrible. No slippers! Even in the bath! They don't even sell! All in all I do not recommend. The place is stunning! Couldn't imagine a better room. But take note: food needs to either be ordered in advance or brought yourself. The staff helped us out in the end but for the price I'd expect more than a concession that guests need to be fed. Overall amazing place, if a bit rough around the edges.
