+ It was my first trip to Nizhny, I stayed at this hotel and was delighted. If I go back to Nizhny, I will definitely stay with them again.

+ professional and helpful staff, well equipped for a small hotel, good situation. Breakfast is good with a lot of options, the restaurant room is pleasant with russian billiard. The free gym is well equipped too. For this price range, it's one of my best experiences.
- the tramways stored on the adjacent street can be heard sometimes when they manoeuvre in the morning or evening. It's about 2 times a day for a minute or so. The curtains in my room were not properly attached.
