Our stay here was pleasant and the staff was really nice and could talk in perfect English. Unfortunately they didn't give us our visa registration when we left and we had some trouble in the next location we went to. But when we called they instantly mailed us a digital copy of the registration and the problem was resolved.

This hotel has a number of recently built rooms with modern furniture and sanitary ware. So if you will be placed there, as was me with my family you will be very pleased by your stay. Parking lot is at the back of the hotel building and there is no direct access to that. However if you have a lot of bags security guys can open back door and save you from long walk to your car. Nomer v meru prostornyy, sanuzel nemnogo tesnovat, goryachaya voda chut poavaet v pikovoe vremya. No personal i uyut na vysshem urovne. V nomere srazu bylo mnozhestvo sladostey kak kompliment. Zavtraki po bezlimitnomu menyu ochen vkusnye. A pri vyezde sami dali lanchboksy. Vobshchem rekomenduyu.

Vnov byli v otele v kontse sentyabrya 2023 goda. V Nizhnem byvaem periodicheski i v etot raz reshili dlya raznoobraziya pomenyat otel. No byli poslednie teplye vyhodnye i vse prilichnye oteli byli zanyaty. V nashem lyubimom "Nikitine" tozhe ne bylo nomerov biznes i polulyuks. Prishlos vzyat edinstvennyy lyuks, kotoryy s bolshim balkonom na uglu. Nomer shikarnyy, dazhe zhalko brat takoy na korotkoe...

Plyusy otelya: raspolozhenie, stilistika, sravnitelno neplohaya eda na zakaz (to, chto ne vklyucheno stoimost), parkovka. Minusy: 1. Wi-Fi. Ego mozhno skazat net. It was my first trip to Nizhny, I stayed at this hotel and was delighted. If I go back to Nizhny, I will definitely stay with them again.

professional and helpful staff, well equipped for a small hotel, good situation. Breakfast is good with a lot of options, the restaurant room is pleasant with russian billiard. The free gym is well equipped too. For this price range, it's one of my best experiences.
