Cosy, small hotel with good rooms. We took a standard room in which there was everything (except for a washcloth and a fan instead of air conditioning), located in a great location, close to all the attractions. You can turn a blind eye to small flaws in the room, because we did not sit in it all the time, but came to spend the night. The receptionist girls are polite, the room was cleaned every day...
Convenient location, friendly staff. Pets are allowed, we came with staff, there were no problems. Cosmetic repairs are underway. Of the minuses, very small rooms, the windows on the first floor are flush with the sidewalk. The windows overlook the walking street. The noise is inconvenient.
The hotel is in the center of the city, it is convenient to get to anywhere, the promenade is at hand, there is a rental of bicycles and scooters, the street on which the hotel is located is teeming with cafes and restaurants. I went to "coffee cake" for breakfast, "khachapuri" for dinner. Food quality and affordability are excellent. In the hotel minus audibility is high.

Location - yes; close to sights and cafes and bars for all tastes. Managed to leave luggage after check out to pick it up in the evening. Everything else could be better, especially the cleanliness. Someone left underwear in the closet before us and housekeeping did not remove it, crumbs on the floor too. Noise isolation and a hair dryer in the bathroom were also disappointing.
The hotel is small and cozy, the staff is helpful and caring. The hotel is located near the main attractions and itself is an attraction. We survived the coldest days of February in it and were very pleased. High level, absolute cleanliness.
Excellent location: located on the historic street of the city, a few minutes from the Kremlin and the embankment, in a fairly quiet place.
