It would be a great hotel if the management staff would have at least some understanding of how to run a hotel business. A cozy new hotel, but the rooms of the same class do not have various additional options. For example, I had a coffee machine in my room, my friend didn’t (the rooms are of the same cost, located next to each other, with the same interior). There was no shampoo container in my room and there was only a container with shower gel, a friend had two containers in the bathroom. There are no shoeshine facilities in the rooms at all. When I asked why there was no elementary sponge, the staff explained that they were being stolen). Capsules are not placed with coffee machines, you need to beg for them separately if you suddenly want to drink coffee. Why then in the rooms of the coffee machine in this case is also not entirely clear. There are no combs and repair sewing kits for patching up a hole in clothes in which case or sewing on a button. They also seem to steal a lot. Food is a total mess. They used to say there were dinners, now for some reason they are not. There are no dinners at the restaurant at the hotel. But there are breakfasts, which for some reason in our case were always served late and the waiter constantly reported that there was not one or a lot of dishes and asked to be replaced by another person on duty, although we chose dishes for breakfast from the menu and agreed at the reception in advance, in the evening of the previous day. As a result, they always ate later, not what they planned and, as a result, they were late for meetings. In general, as a result of visiting the hotel, I have to summarize that the work of the staff and the service are organized very badly and I would hardly have stayed here a second time.

Excellent, comfortable modern hotel! Clean, spacious, soundproofed room with kettle, crumb coffee machine, cookies and bottled water. Stable fast wifi.
The only unfortunate slip happened with the breakfast - the pre-order did not work and the confused breakfast had to wait 45 minutes.
