A good combination of quality/price. Convenient location, nice cafe at the 1st floor. The rooms are no frills, but quite comfortable.

Excellent location, immaculately clean and comfortable. Check-in a little slow, but there was a conference on at the time with many checking in and only one person on reception. Many rooms, if not all, lack air conditioning but good fresh air with windows that can be opened.

Excellent room, good quality decoration and bedding, included hygiene items such as shampoos, slippers and a toothbrush. They met us halfway and checked us in even earlier than the agreed time, since we were off the train and the room was already ready, and on the last day we were able to leave our things in the storage room after check-out and until the return train. The building dates back to 1959 but has been renovated recently. The public areas and the restaurant are very stylish. Some of the rooms are rather modest but functional and well maintained - providing an excellent value.

Excellent hotel! In the city center, within walking distance from the Kremlin. Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is polite and friendly! The food is delicious! The buffet is awesome!

Stayed for a weekend at the end of February with a family with children. The hotel is clean, quiet and welcoming. Family rooms are large, bright, with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast buffet for a solid four. The employees are friendly, efficient, friendly, helpful - beyond praise. Very good hospitality, I stayed here for almost 24 days. I found staff of this hotel very polite and very helpful. Though they don't know English they use translate app and communicate to you. Chef of this hotel is also a very humble person.

Hotel in the centre of town, trying to be modern, but it turns out it is only with great difficulty. Small rooms, but still with the stuffy carpet, linen clean, bathroom tight taps, toilet paper is not allowed. Breakfast is, and give the boiling water in a convenient thermoses in the rooms . Very good. The rooms are warm and cozy. Excellent breakfasts, the hotel staff tries to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant manager is very attentive and pleasant to talk to, we hadn't even had time to check in yet, he offered us a very tasty set lunch and a sweet, incomparable cheesecake.

Excellent, comfortable modern hotel! Clean, spacious, soundproofed room with kettle, crumb coffee machine, cookies and bottled water. Stable fast wifi. The only unfortunate slip happened with the breakfast - the pre-order did not work and the confused breakfast had to wait 45 minutes.

We were here at the restaurant after visiting the Vitoslavlitsy museum. This is a wonderful and atmospheric establishment, it was the best decision to come here to warm up. Huge portions, interesting presentation, very tasty Russian cuisine. Fast service. I rarely write reviews, but here I really wanted to come in and write. 10/10!

Nice small hotel and tasty restaurant in great historical and nature surrounding..Monastery and museum nearby are must see places in Novgorod. Personnel is very welcoming. Design and infrastructure are really good. There are some issues about bath, but don't ask too much )) In the end people, atmosphere, nature and food are worth coming here..We are glad to recommend this place for stay or dinner
