I really liked this type of holiday. Rested from Fri to Sunday. The first time we got up with the children for skiing / snowboarding. On the second day, after an hour or two with the coach, we already went down the slope. Separately, I would like to note the professionalism of the coach Konstantin and Eduard (alpine skiing) and Maria (snowboarding). There were few people on the slopes, the tracks were comfortably empty. All equipment can be rented. On the territory of the complex there is a good cafe with delicious food, baths with a font, a decent skating rink where you can ride your own skates or rent them. Tubing with a lift. The whole territory is pleasantly lit, even the paths in the forest, it's a pleasure to walk in the evening)) We took two rooms in the main building, the rooms are clean with everything you need (hairdryer, towels, gel / shampoo / soap), on the floor there is a water cooler. We will definitely come back here again!

Long lines. There is only one cash register. Were on 01/05/22. We arrived at 11.00. There was a long queue for the instructor, the nearest time was at 16.00. We showed up on cheesecakes, by 12.00 there were a lot of people, there was a queue both at the entrance to the tubing track and at the exit. The newcomers did not have enough cheesecakes. Hours to 14.00 went to have lunch in a restaurant. The children did not appreciate the food, the spaghetti was cold, the sausages were not tasty, and they did not eat pea soup either. My husband and I had to finish eating for the children (they could not take it for themselves). After lunch, my husband went downhill skiing (there are huge queues at the ticket office and at the lifts). I go for a drive on cheesecakes with my children. We stood in line for 30 minutes for cheesecakes, then in lines for the lift and descent. An hour later, we went to rent skis with boots (as the time was right for teaching children with an instructor). By 15.00 there were practically no skis or boots for rent. As a result, I first rented boots with skis for my daughter, 7 years old, after 15 minutes I was able to take myself, my son was 10 years old only after 45 minutes (lucky!). I just had to stand next to the equipment drop-off point and disturb the sellers so that they could be issued to us right away.
But in general, it's not even bad, it's just that we used to live in the Urals and we didn't have such problems either with queues at the checkout or with renting equipment (even on New Year's holidays).
We arrived home rested and joyful. The children really liked it. The older child immediately learned to skate (we just don't go skating often, so we have to take an instructor every year). The youngest is also happy, almost learned. I can't say anything about the tracks, because. rode on the training track (looked after the children). My husband was on the blue (middle) track, he liked everything, except for the lifts (well, we are used to chair lifts with cabins, but drag lifts are not very good. Well, there is a very long queue for them)

About the hotel: everyone is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious. At the time of skiing, the weather was very cold (-24 ° C), if you want to buy heating insoles for your feet and gloves, after 1.5 hours you will not feel your feet and hands.
On the slopes, I can say little, but the feeling that they are not wasted.
