Great Hotel... Radisson is great as usual... One good thing is they have the receptionist, Restaurant persons who is knowing English and it was very useful for persons who don't know Russian. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious... Rates are less as I got a discount of Rub 2000 from regular price of Rub 5200 with breakfast. Staff are very co-operative. Unfortunately, there is nothing to say. I booked the hotel for the wrong dates, and when I asked to adjust them, I was completely ignored. I know that the administration was not obliged to meet me halfway, but overall it is unpleasant - they did not even bother to write a message in response.

Not a bad hotel, we spent one night here. The interior is quite Soviet, but not bad. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet. The choice is not wide, but everything is delicious, especially the cottage cheese casserole. The only negative is do not rent a room next to the elevator. The elevator is constantly moving and this is clearly heard in the room.

The hotel left a mixed impression. Of the benefits - polite staff and a good Christmas program. Of the minuses - total shovels, disgusting food, lack of hot water on new years eve, a broken TV in the room, which was not able to fix, long check out.

Very friendly staff. Despite the late check-in (around 23:40), we were met and placed in a cozy room. A small gift from the hotel was waiting for us in the room: a greeting card with a wish, a jar of homemade jam (they make a lot of things themselves: jam, liqueurs of all different flavors, pickles, cheeses). We were here at the restaurant after visiting the Vitoslavlitsy museum. This is a wonderful and atmospheric establishment, it was the best decision to come here to warm up. Nice small hotel and tasty restaurant in great historical and nature surrounding..Monastery and museum nearby are must see places in Novgorod. Personnel is very welcoming. Design and infrastructure are really good. There are some issues about bath, but don't ask too much )) In the end people, atmosphere, nature and food are worth coming here..We are glad to recommend this place for stay or dinner

Price on NG high, it was very dirty. 2 bathrooms were leaking in the house, there were puddles, it was impossible to enter. We were here on NG in 2017, the situation was much better. Neat cozy place. Rooms for 3 people + a balcony with a great view of the forest. The rooms have a refrigerator. Gorgeous area, where to walk, super pines! 3 meals a day, simple but delicious. I spent a great mini-vacation with my family (husband, children) and, most importantly, with my beloved dog. Far from everywhere they accept with pets, but I have a large breed dog "Khotosho".
