Interior, ambiance is great. The staff is friendly and helpful which is very important. The restaurant is chic, the waiters come for every extra napkin on the table. The food is not impressive, the prices are exorbitant. For such inflated prices for dishes, an explosion of taste buds was expected, but unfortunately not
It would be a great hotel if the management staff would have at least some understanding of how to run a hotel business. A cozy new hotel, but the rooms of the same class do not have various additional options. For example, I had a coffee machine in my room, my friend didn’t (the rooms are of the same cost, located next to each other, with the same interior). There was no shampoo container in my room...
Excellent, comfortable modern hotel! Clean, spacious, soundproofed room with kettle, crumb coffee machine, cookies and bottled water. Stable fast wifi. The only unfortunate slip happened with the breakfast - the pre-order did not work and the confused breakfast had to wait 45 minutes.

Everything is very decent. The single room is small but clean and modern in style. The staff is attentive and friendly. Change of towels and cleaning daily. Of the minuses - noisy on the street.
The hotel is located in the building of a former weaving factory. A good reconstruction has been made, fragments of the original structure have been left. The building is so steeped in history that it creates an unusual feeling. Besides, the hotel has a wonderful staff. I recommend to everyone who visits Borovichi, I assure you will be satisfied!
Very friendly and helpful staff (reception, maids) !!! The hotel itself is on top (everything works, no living creatures, beautiful interior). Went around the hotel in disposable (white) slippers, for a week (in general), (it's winter outside, there is slush, visitors walk around) the slippers remained white. Refrigerator, cooler, microwave oven, hairdryer, massage chair, etc. .... Everything is there...

I went to the pool, to the gym, to a cafe, to billiards, to a bowling alley and to a hairdresser. Interesting beautiful well-kept complex. I really respect the gym in it, and especially the coaches, they are gold for sure. I won't say this about the pool, too much chlorine, the trainers change insanely often, but a cool sauna, as well as, in principle, the departments themselves are well conceived...
Decent hotel (no complaints). In the same building there is a small water park with two slides, a sauna and a 25m swimming pool. Residents are free of charge for one hour. There are rides for children (vending machines), a restaurant and a canteen in the same building.
Was in the water park, a wonderful place. The water park, although not large, is even more a plus. Two large swimming pools and one "paddling pool". Everything is clean and the water is warm)))
Not really modern, but there's a swimmingpool and a bowlingalley, which attracts a lot of people. It also has a restaurant on the top floor, which serves nice food. It's not far from the bridge of Borovichi.
