We had no hot water and the elevator has been defected, but all other were really ok.

The hotel is a little out of town, but it is close to the airport and right next to the expo center. The room was clean and warm. They provide water and tiny sachets of soap. No kettle for tea! The breakfast is pretty good, lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English perfectly.
