Good hotel with excellent location. The room had a great view of the city. Very good breakfasts. Friendly staff.

The room has everything you need. The staff, from the security guards at the entrance to the maids, are polite. Issues that arise are resolved very quickly. The breakfasts are really worth it. I tried to have dinner only at the hotel, well, a very varied menu and delicious!

I stayed at this hotel at night on February 28, the girl at the reception Svetlana quickly settled, at my request she settled on the top floor, answered all questions, the view is beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious. I will know that the staff here is friendly and helpful, next time I will stay here.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean. From the 19th floor, the view from the window is just bomb!) The young man who brought a compliment from the hotel to our room is very pleasant and attentive!) 5+

Nice hotel, very reasonable price. I went for a couple of days and was completely satisfied. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me politely and showed me to my room. The room was very comfortable and most importantly it was very clean and smelled fresh.

Nice room and nice staff. They dont speak english. The restaurant i the same building has good food.

Nice little affordable hotel tucked away on the outskirts of town with amazing views of downtown Novosibirsk. Daily breakfast is buffet style of traditional Russian fair but wish they had more vegetables. Friendly staff but don't expect much English here except from the manager, a very lovely lady. Side note: try the fresh bakery across the street. Yum!

Nice, quiet hotel. If you need to rent a hotel for little money, that is your choice. However in the summer do not have air conditioning. Near the reception there is the entrance to the cafe, where it can be quite delicious for Breakfast.

Great hotel! Quiet courtyard, barrier, small parking. Near Pyaterochka, 7-10 minutes walk to Studencheskaya metro station. The room is clean, white linen. At the reception there is an iron, water, tea, coffee. This is not the first time we stop, everything suits us.

Nice mini hostel. We took a double room for 1500. Everything is cozy, everything is clean. A heater was brought into the room, there was a TV set, dishes. In the hallway there is a refrigerator, hairdryer, iron and board, kettle, microwave oven.

The cost of the room is overpriced, there is nothing there for 1500 per night. Bed, tv and broken remote. For a lower cost, you can stay, but I do not recommend it for this. In general, I spent the night normally. The employee was polite and offered tea. The windows are thin, the audibility of the street is good.

I stay in this hostel every vacation. I really like it, clean rooms, very comfortable soft bed, the room has a TV, mini fridge, very clean in the room with a bathroom, very fresh and soft bedding. I sleep there like at home. On the second floor there is a kitchen. Small, cozy,. The staff are great, they are trying very hard to create comfort and cleanliness.

Nothing special about the place but it is most cheapest hostel there in Novosibirsk,Also everyone is drinking alcohol in hostel and keep asking for something every time also they don’t have any lockers for safety of expensive gadgets.I stayed there four days and when I asked them about my registration they pretended that they didn’t understand what I am talking because they didn’t done the registration...

Nice cozy hostel. Clean, warm. We lived 5 days, felt at home😊.

From the pros: a quiet area, if you go down to the starting 1, you can find a department store: brighter - with all its terrific discounts, also if you are a fan of outdoor recreation, there is great news for you ... and to be more precise, a ditch ... With gazebos, barbecues dug in alongside and lighting (a light in the middle of a wooden box) ... There are no beaches as such, at least in their standard...
