Includes heated houses with grill. When renting such a Finnish house overlooking the lake, a picnic set is included free of charge: coal, lighter fluid, water, matches, napkins, a grill.
The houses have cozy soft seats around the perimeter, in the center there is a grill or barbecue. There is an extract.
Outside there is a large table, benches.
In winter you can rent skis and go ice skating.
Has its own restaurant.
You can relax with your family or in a large company from 10 to 80 people.
Everywhere is clean. They clean up well.
There is a water bath. A special bridge leads to it.
The toilet is clean, but only one in the entire territory.
The administrators are very nice and friendly.
If desired, you can extend the stay up to 24 hours. Starts work at 11 am.
Skate rental prices: adults - 150 rubles per hour, children - 100 rubles per hour. Skiing: 1 hour - 150 rubles. Children's snowmobile: 5 minutes - 200 rubles.

We celebrated two birthdays in 2019. Your recreation area is the best and most civilized I have seen in the NSC.

A wonderful ennobled place to spend time, especially with a company - just relax or go to a corporate party.

A good place for family vacations, corporate parties, various holidays. The area is fully equipped for this. There are outdoor gazebos with high-quality barbecues and closed houses for companies for 15 people, also with barbecues. In winter they are very warm. Beautiful view of the water, you don’t even feel that you are in the center of the metropolis). Grandiose events are often held open to the public. You can even fly in a hot air balloon here. There is a playground with a swimming pool. Great place in one word!

This place truly lives up to its name. Quiet green area in the heart of the city!!
Objects are rented for almost any company, from 5 to 100 people. Clean, green, fresh from the water, cleaned everywhere and beautiful!! The territory is well maintained.
I really liked that the cars are located in a separate large parking lot! There are no cars on the very territory where people rest, and nothing spoils such beautiful views !!
