Excellent place for a summer residence, close to the river, transport accessibility. The main disadvantage is the flood zone of the Novosibirsk hydroelectric power station; there is always a risk that the dacha will go under water. Therefore, these areas should not be considered as agricultural.

The estate "Gorenki" is a great place for a family vacation, small or large company, with or without children. There are all amenities, comfortable houses, with all amenities, there is hot water, a shower, a sauna nearby, friendly staff, delicious and varied food!

Really liked the hotel complex. Large outside area with private Parking. The room was a large hall with belyard, large kitchen, rooms with beds and a toilet and shower in the closet!!!! And at the bottom a wonderful sauna with a pool.
