I'm just shocked by the service, they signed up for a complex of spa procedures in advance, arrived, and we were told that we were not booked! Actually there is no massage therapist, go to the Bath, in the literal sense! Spoiled the whole day, wanted to celebrate a birthday, ended up wasting my time and just disappointed in the service! We walked through the back rooms .... in a roundabout way, 0 impressions!

There are no complaints at all. For this money, you get a cozy room, excellent location, 4 types of breakfast to choose from, two hours of one of the best saunas in all cities, excellent staff and always working Wi-Fi. Definitely, if we are in Orenburg again, we will stay with them.

Excellent, quiet with pathos and inexpensive hotel! Pleasant atmosphere, beautiful interior, I was especially struck by the atmosphere of the restaurant: beautiful furniture, sconces, chandeliers .. Breakfast, although not Swedish, is hearty and there is a choice. The service of visiting the bath complex and the gym for residents - 2 hours free of charge. And this is great! Four options for saunas and steam rooms, a jacuzzi, a cold pool, a relaxation and relaxation room, a bar and showers - we were pleasantly surprised. The service here is top notch! And most importantly: included in the price of the room. I was pleased with the variety of machines in the gym, a visit to which is also included in the price of the room. In general, I really recommend!
