Comfortable room, good breakfast, parking for guests. One minus - there are almost no sockets in the room. For two travelers, each with a laptop, phone, watch and other gadgets - not enough.

My wife and I were passing through Orel, we decided to choose the Grinn hotel because of good reviews about this place, and on the advice of friends. We were not disappointed. The hotel turned out to be super! The location is convenient, you can find everything you need nearby. The infrastructure is developed. Everything is provided for vacationers down to the smallest detail. My wife and I were also pleased with the service and maintenance.

You can’t put 4.5) Therefore, I put 5. I was in a hotel, in general, not bad, clean, very comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, no sounds from the street. Cons were in the room, probably was not my day. The water changed from cold to warm, the key to the room did not work well (I went to the reception to change it), there was no remote control from the TV, it was only from the receiver.

Went with the kids for the weekend! I came for work, but I was very pleased with the opportunity to combine work and leisure for the child! Very comfortable and spacious rooms! We had a wonderful weekend and thank the hotel staff for comfortable accommodation and attentiveness! For 10 years I have been coming to this city for work and I only stay at this hotel! Thank you and I will be glad to come next year!🌹

Great complex. Huge shopping complex. There is a game room. There is a hairdresser. And a complex for fast food: such as KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, etc.

A wonderful place, this is not the first time we have come to Orel and we only stay at GRINN. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is acceptable, for lunch and dinner it is better to go to Mezzanine or Fusion. It is very convenient that the transition between the hotel, mall and restaurants under one roof. Without going outside, you go between establishments.

Everything is super, but the spa is 50% off. At least 70% would do it. I usually choose hotels where the spa is fully included. But still 5 points

Good, clean hotel. 12 floors. There are rooms of various classes from inexpensive to luxury. Good transport accessibility. Convenient large parking lot. Within walking distance are restaurants and cafes for every taste, SPA, bowling, attractions, various shops... And almost all of this can be bypassed without going outside!

The service at breakfast is really bad, specially on weekends.
The air conditioning in the rooms cannot be adjusted properly, minimum 26 degrees Celsius.
Price performance ratio is not right.
