Exactly in a centre, amazing location. Close to moskovskaya Street. Wow , restaurant Troickiy, one of the best in Penza. Authentic Russian food, hand made candy, own honey. Spacious, comfortable room , amazing view on a church. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the best hotel!!!! Very clean, cleaning service everyday. 5 star service, very polite and nice reception, cleaners, restaurant service...

Hotel for 3+, everything you need is available. For a temporary stay for a day, two are a good option. A huge plus is that there are breakfasts, fresh prepared in the presence, not semi-finished products.

Were at the beginning of August. The hotel is excellent, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts! You can always drink tea for free in the hotel dining room, the rooms are nice and clean. Soap, gel, shampoo in the bathroom are present, if necessary, they will be provided additionally. A bottle of water on the curbstone upon arrival, although a trifle, is nice. In general, everything is good.

The hotel is located on the 1st floor of a residential building, maybe the guests were few, but the audibility between the rooms did not strain. The decor of the room comfort is very modest. Hair dryer with a broken fan cover, the smell of sewage in the room. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing, maybe because I do not eat the products that were offered. For a mini hotel, everything is fine. Clean, comfortable, shower, only no phone. The bed is large and comfortable. I don’t really like mini hotels, but this one was booked at work. In general, everything is worthy.

Narrow beds, uncomfortable mattresses. Very small TVs. Good audibility from neighboring rooms and bullfighting. There are no thick curtains, you have to get up with the sun. Inconvenient opening hours of the cafe, though you can eat quite not expensive and not bad. There are air conditioners in the rooms. Has its own parking.
