Excellent and inexpensive hotel for 500r per day. Small rooms, a minimum of guests, all amenities and excellent transport interchange. Hotel in the green part of the city near Kama.

Nice place - cheap and comfortable. Recommended for a single, couple, or small family. Do not rush to take the cheapest rooms - those that are more expensive are worth their money. Free coffee and tea - a trifle, but nice. Not luxury, and not super, but just good - warm, cozy and good.

A very pleasant homestay. Clean, cozy. The rooms are small but comfortable. The presence of a cooler and microwave adds positive emotions. They are greeted kindly.

Remote, Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Perm with its own customs and color. As a rule, most of those who have moved from the region for the first time rent housing here, then they move across the river, but Perm is a large village.

Nasser are good, silence, shower toilets are shared, the price is low for such a service, there is a TV in the room, free coffee in the corridor! Slippers in every room.

We sat well, clean, everything works, the staff is friendly. Only there is a moment: an hour before the end, the hammam is turned off, and the tile does not lie there correctly - it drips from the dome, and does not drain. So if you want to enjoy the hammam, do it right away.

More than once have already been to the hammam with a jacuzzi. A wonderful place for a bachelorette party, and just for relaxation. I want to note that I really like the cleanliness, pleasant service, the availability of drinking water, branded sheets. Thanks to the staff for taking care of our customers. We will definitely use it again. Recommend.

Good little hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the room was a delight. In the cafe complex - lunch, dinner, everything is on the level. The area is quiet, far from the center. Good value for money services provided.

Cafe Kupets did not like the service. The bartender-waiter found it difficult to answer questions of interest on the menu. When ordering wine, if there is an open bottle available, bottling is carried out from it. Accordingly, the taste is not the same. Caesar salad was prepared from 20 minutes. The situation is calm.

In a single room there is only 1 hanger ("hanger") for clothes. Logical, but not enough. I would also like to have a chair (at least 1), otherwise you have to sit on the bed all evening after work, and sideways to the TV. The hotel is clean, there is no soundproofing, in the bathroom I almost fell together with a shower stall as it is not fixed, if you are tall, then rest your head on the ceiling
