Nice clean hotel. Cafe and shop nearby to eat and buy food/beer. There was hot water but no heating for the rooms. There's no wifi or beeline cellular service. Private secure parking.

Not all organizational issues have been resolved yet, BUT! Skis, bagels, karting are already working, the cafe is preparing yummy, the houses are inhabited and working, the kids are being entertained. The cuisine is excellent, you can simply lick the boiled pork, in the morning we ordered breakfast in the evening. When the weather arrived, it was autumn, woke up in winter, and to leave, spring comes, and this is in three days. Just a bomb. The staff are nice and helpful...

If you are with children, be sure to take the Coachman's house, there is an additional attic. Active events and master classes were organized for children and adults throughout all days. There is a rental of skis, skates, snowmobiles....

We celebrated the New Year with colleagues at work. Perfect place. Rented a house for 16 people. The house is very spacious. Large living room, several rooms, several toilets. All kitchen utensils, karaoke. The view from the windows is simply awesome. From some windows you can see the Kama, from others - the forest. Lunch was ordered to the house. The cuisine is excellent: Caesar salad, pink salmon...
