It's not a bad hotel for a small town and probably used to be even the hallmark of this town, but now the rooms here are tired, cracks appeared on the walls, in some places the plaster peeled off and the tiles came off, but on the whole it is a cozy and comfortable hotel, a good option to stay for a day the other when traveling or for work. The local prices are very democratic. On the basement floor there is a restaurant and cafe where you can enjoy a delicious dinner and a hearty breakfast. Those who like to save money will have a pleasant surprise in the form of the "Monetka" grocery store in the lobby of the first floor. If you have a pet with you, then this will not create problems when checking in.

Stayed with the hotel for one night. In general, the combination of price and quality is quite adequate. Everything is clean in the room, there are all the necessary accessories, there is parking in the yard. I can't name any big minuses.

Stayed for 2 nights. The restaurant inside the complex, surprisingly, did not work. But there is a restaurant nearby with good and inexpensive food. The staff is polite, suggested where to go and what is where. Rooms are clean, nicely designed, clean linens. There is a kettle and fridge. Complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. All hygiene items were available (toothbrush, soap, shampoo) and even slippers. The elevator didn't work. And now the main minus, which for us personally blocked all other pluses. The walls between the rooms are apparently made of plasterboard (or just cardboard)))). And if you have roommates, you can even listen to how they unwrap a candy, well, clearly all their conversations, as if they were next to you in your room. Neighbors with a small child came to us at one in the morning and we listened to how they eat and play with the child until 4 in the morning. Well, it was cold in the room, slightly warm batteries. This is already an amateur.

Great hotel. Probably the best on in this town. Nice design, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and delicious food in their restaurant.

Wonderful hotel! We were in the New Year holidays in Kungur, the only hotel where we were warmly welcomed and placed in a cozy and clean room! The hotel is located in the city center, the administrator told us where to go for a walk and what to see))) We are satisfied with the hotel itself and the service in autumn, we advise everyone, we will definitely come back again)
