Okhansk is a town and the administrative center of Okhansky District in Perm Krai, Russia, located on the right bank of the Kama River, 119 km southwest of Perm, the administrative center of the krai. Population: 7,250 (2010).

History

First mentioned in 1597 as the village of Okhannoye (Оха́нное), it was also called Okhanskoye (Оха́нское) or Okhan (Оха́н, Оха́нь). Town status was granted to it in 1781.
