I have never met such rudeness! Do not choose this hotel for your vacation! We drove to the hotel, stopped at an empty parking lot in front of the hotel, we needed to go to the neighboring building. As soon as the driver left, a woman and a man (as I understand the hotel representatives) started yelling at me and my friends for saying that “we are going here” so that “the driver would not come here for you”. To the calm answer "You have not written here that parking is prohibited," the man doused him with obscenities. The mood was spoiled! Bottom line: incompetent, do not know how to work in the service sector and do not know how to communicate with potential customers! Even one star is a lot for them !!!

By mistake, we got into this building, introduced ourselves as the Melnik motel. Fraudulently defrauded of money. This organization is illegal! They have 18 fines in the tax. The building is sealed. They have no right to work. They also cheat people for money. We were provided with a sauna without a pool. When they refused, they refused to return the money. Didn't get a check! When asking for a refund, the administrator began to be RUDE, _CUT AND OFFEND ME. Don't go here for anything
