We went to this base for the first time, after reading the reviews, we were a little worried, but did not regret it at all. Clean rooms, shower, toilet. Everything is on the floor, for 4 rooms. On the ground floor, the kitchen is also quite decent. We were with a one-year-old child, we were happy with everything. To the sea 100-150 meters on foot, very close. The bay is warm, there are no big waves, which also made us happy. At the base there are decent conditions for family recreation. No drunken parties and noisy neighbors. Nice administrators. We were satisfied with everything. We will definitely come again.

The beach is dirty, rocky, but the bottom is sandy.
