Excellent hotel, wonderful staff! Lived for the second time, everything is excellent. All issues were resolved very quickly! Thank you for being there!

Hotel and casino. To relax and have a good time. Overall - very good. Interior 👍. There are some minor flaws that affect the overall perception of the place. "Slow" turnstile at the entrance, and for some reason, not immediately after registering the card at the reception, you can play on the machines. I understand, "database update, write/read speed", but 20 minutes spent waiting...

Excellent and quality service. The hotel, of course, is a little choked already, but in general, it pulls for its 5 stars. My wife and I went out for the weekend and had a great time. We dined in a restaurant, played poker and roulette in a casino. Wife now asks to get out like this every weekend))

We lived in a hotel, this is one of the best in my opinion. Service at altitude, ordered food in the room, everything is very tasty, the prices are absolutely adequate. The view from the panoramic windows is simply fire. I plan to visit this place again

All at the highest level! Interior, courtesy, service and cleaning. Delicious buffet and local cuisine. And the best coffee in town? But more waiters are needed, especially when you can’t sit at the bar, especially when there is a shortage of staff.

I really liked the hotel, I was there in December. The room is good, but too big for one person. We booked a single room for today, arrived, were checked into a single for two people, had to ask for a suite. I still don't understand the reason for checking into a room other than the one we booked.

For those who arrive on a business trip like me - excellent. Fresh laconic renovation, spacious room (deluxe for two), good bed linen, the room was clean. There are minimal toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes. Good towels. Spacious balcony. There is a hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator. Of the minuses: regular keys, instead of cards that must be handed over the old-fashioned way at the reception...

Ok, even though there was no water in the whole city, they even made breakfast.

Quiet and casual. Best service in Artem's hotels. Not luxuary, but kind of "homy" place to stay. Away from crowded places, but still 15 min walk to downtown.

Acceptable hotel closest to the airport. There is no lift and I had a suitcase, then a staff kindly carried the suitcase before I ask. He did not speak a word of English but when I said "Spacibo", he smiled and said (probably) you are welcome in Russian and walked away. There was a difficulty connecting to Wifi. A white long haired cat saw us off after check-out, it made me smile :-)

Not a bad option for transit passengers for a night or two.

Good experience/price ratio. Close to airport. Transfer to airport available for a fee lower than cab price. Goods restaurant at the hotel.

Very convenient location to the airport, availability of Shuttle service!, Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet and peaceful at home!
