+ The hostel's environment is very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the public facilities are complete. The hostel is not far from the city center, with convenient transportation and shopping. The staff are very kind.- -

- But if you value the quality of facility a looot, you might not be satisfied. Shampoo and shower gel is not provided, and the washroom- only got one, so you might have to wait sometimes. The bed Does make noises if people are moving or climbing upstairs, for me it's acceptable though.

+ This is the first time i live in a hostel, and this comment is written after I've been several other different hostel. The best of Loft is people living there. Compare to the other hostel, people living here usually stay for a longer time, so you can feel like everyone is familiar to each other, and not afraid to let you join them. For me it's a home-like feeling. I knew a few friends from Loft. To be honest, everyones just so nice. A memorable experience. Miss being there. 🥰- But if you value the quality of facility a looot, you might not be satisfied. Shampoo and shower gel is not provided, and the washroom- only got one, so you might have to wait sometimes. The bed Does make noises if people are moving or climbing upstairs, for me it's acceptable though.

- The service attitude at the front desk was quite impatient.Perhaps it was due to fatigue,but the work was done very carefully.

+ The location of the hotel is good,you only need 20 minutes to walk to the Victory Square.And it's really clean in the hotel.although the hotel does not provide shampoo and shower gel,you need to bring your own.After check-in,they will provide sheets,pillowcases,and a bath towel.As soon as you enter(at the reception area),you must wear shoe covers or slippers(bring your own),and wearing sports shoes is not allowed here.- The service attitude at the front desk was quite impatient.Perhaps it was due to fatigue,but the work was done very carefully.

- There were too many beds in one room, the boss didn't speak any English, no one told me I couldn't drink, I only saw on the booking information that I couldn't smoke, he told me I couldn't drink, I stopped drinking in time, but still kicked me out the next day
