The hotel denied the flaws and refused to compensate. Extremely expensive room (a double room is only R8000 on the hotel website but ZenHotels charged >R40000 for 3 nights. Don’t book this hotel!!!!

One of the best places in Vladivostok, Mother Russia!! The staff members were kind, very good at communicating English. The facility reminded me of a well-maintained retro thingy.
