Positioned on the Shkota Peninsula, it sits between the Amur Bay and the Golden Horn Bay, providing a scenic setting in a business district. Guests can expect amenities such as a covered swimming pool, billiards, sauna, karaoke, and a restaurant serving Russian and European cuisine. The hotel has conference facilities including two halls and a meeting room, plus free Wi-Fi and paid laundry services. Children are accommodated with a dedicated kids’ room, and pets such as cats and dogs are allowed with a deposit. Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is by noon. While the hotel’s rooms are considered somewhat aged, they come fully equipped with essentials like bath linens and kitchen utensils. Reception operates 24/7, and parking is available on site.

Location

The hotel is located at Ulitsa Krygina 3 in Vladivostok, approximately 38 km from Vladivostok International Airport (VVO). It lies about 3 km from the sea on the third coastal line, with a public sandy beach nearby. The nearest water sports base is just over 1 km away. Within 200 to 250 meters, guests will find several dining options including Cafe Smekhnova, Restaurant Pit Stop, and Cafe Jiang Nan. The hotel is set on a peninsula with green surroundings, but traffic bottlenecks can occur due to the location's geography.

Tips

  • If you plan to use the swimming pool, check with the hotel beforehand as some guests reported it was not working.

Old but not bad

The pool did not work, but there was no information about this either on the website, anywhere. But they chose the hotel only because of the pool. It's good that a water sports base and a beach were nearby. I liked the maids - lovely polite women, breakfasts, free gym, bath. There was a fan instead of an air conditioner.

Service at a high level. The breakfasts are of excellent quality, delicious, and fully meet the price and expectations. True, the rooms are tired both morally and physically, in need of cosmetic repairs and renovation. But this does not generally spoil the overall experience, given the price of accommodation. The complete set of rooms, namely, a bathroom, bed linen, kitchen utensils, everything is complete, as stated on the Booking website. The lack of air conditioning in the room was a little embarrassing, but there was a fan, which turned out to be quite enough for the summer humidity level and temperature in the city.

I liked it very much, but far from the center. Great room, includes giant breakfast, shower kit along with dental kit and shower cap, pile of towels, slippers. There is a TV (only showed the 2nd channel), an air conditioner that works for both cold and heat, the bathroom is clean and comfortable. A huge plus: I had to leave earlier, packed breakfast with me (but asked for an hour) delicious sandwiches with ham and sauce, an egg, yogurt in jars and juice, came in handy on the plane. The hotel has a swimming pool, for residents is included in the price. It's just a big swimming pool where you can come for a workout. I didn't really like the pool, there is a fungus on the floor, my legs began to itch right away. Nearby there is a shop, Chinese cuisine, a fish shop with crabs, a stop near Egersheld and the center. Thank you so much!

The hotel is located in a quiet green area. Great clean air. Transport links are good, but this is a peninsula and there are traffic jams in the bottleneck. Rooms are tired. The staff works poorly (except for the reception). I lived for three days, they never cleaned my house - they came only when on the third day I asked the reception to change the towels. When I drove in, there were two canvas: one for the legs, the second for the body, face and hands. Restaurant - the food is delicious, the food is fresh, the chefs are excellent. But, waiters are absolutely not customer-oriented. For example, they have a service "dinner for 500 rubles", it is in the brochures, in the description on the booking, when I checked in, they told me about it at the reception. When I wanted to use it, it turned out that dinner had to be ordered before 6 pm. The front desk had no idea about this - I suspect the waiters simply did not want to cook and this is their personal initiative - the conversation itself was in such a tone that you do not feel like a guest there at all. Or such an episode - I'm finishing dinner, they brought me ice cream, they still have to bring a drink, they didn't bring a spoon to the ice cream. I wait, read the news, in no hurry. After 30 minutes, the waiter comes and tells me that they close at 10. To my question - a drink, and a spoon to eat ice cream, the waiter just grinned.
Ordering a lunch box for the morning was generally a comedic process. The waiter pretended she didn't know how to help me if I left the hotel before breakfast started. We discussed for about five minutes how to feed me in the morning and she had no solution - the reception helped again. When the lunch box was brought to me, the waiter had a second one in his hands for another guest, i.e. she was clearly aware of such a possibility itself, she was just too lazy to do it.
Parking. The staff does not respect the guests. I was not allowed to stand on the paid part, I was not allowed to stand near the entrance for unloading (although there were places there and signs that there were places for guests). They drove me to the parking lot behind the building, but even there the security officer was nasty to me - from the window of the second floor he started shouting to me "come here". The parking behind the hotel itself is inconvenient for unloading. carry things far away. There are also unpleasant little things about the room, connected with the fact that the room is old, cosmetics have not been made for a long time. In principle, everything is not so bad - it is much more important that the place is good and the restaurant prepares well too. Number 308. Time 23-26 June 2021.
