Downside : We arrived quite late, and the driver we booked was not there. It took 1 1/2 hours for us to find a driver, and the hotel staff did not apologize or try to make amends in any way. They said they were going to call the company they booked a driver from, but we heard nothing back on this.
Overall: Good place to stay, but arrive during regular business hours, and find your own way there from the airport!
