Quite acceptable for the amount. In a double room for 1600: 2 beds, table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, TV and sink. There is hot water and wifi. The territory is awesome, there is a pier and a beach, a lake, pine trees, you can walk for hours. The procedures are good, the attitude is pleasant, polite. The food is good. Only the rooms require good repair, it has not been there for a long time.
