Balthaus Hotel in Pskov

the hotel deserves these 2 stars. on the first floor in the rooms there are no windows facing the street anywhere, only one window that faces the corridor, but the handle on it is made from above, which makes it difficult to open it. in my room, the bathroom door was removed from its hinges, when asked to fix it, at first they said that we broke it, but after a short conversation they repaired it. the shelf was also broken. the toilet bowl, as well as the lamps, were sealed with electrical tape. the toilet itself was in an incomprehensible dirt. everything breaks down, the shelf in the bathroom kept on snot, because after the toothpaste was put on it, it fell. someone else's T-shirt was found in the next room, apparently from the previous resident, this shows how poorly the maids clean up. the walls are thin, you can safely hear all the conversations in the corridor and in the neighboring rooms. the food is delicious, breakfast is buffet, I was not at lunch, the waiters bring dinner. the staff is kind, but there are exceptions
