For me, one minus is far from the track.
Room 16, the price of 9000 for three nights, with Breakfast. In the attic, the view from the window is good, you can see the waterfront. The room is nice and clean. Bed lorry, good TV, lots of channels. In my opinion a very decent PC (torenty worked fine). The bathroom is good! The shower is great. Air conditioning in room not used. Balcony with a table and hinted for him to sit with a glass of alcohol...

The water pressure is very weak, the water is shed long while to get hot.
