The architectural solution is a tiered, five-domed shestistolpny quadrangle with three high apses and two side chapels, galleries, podcorkove (with the Church of St. Seraphim of Sarov). In 1935 the Cathedral was closed, organizing it anti-religious Museum. The reopening of the temple began during the German occupation of 1941-1944, since the temple is always open.

The bell tower of the Trinity Cathedral was later built on the site of the ancient tower "on Redcine the shoot". Square in plan, multi-tiered bell tower fails spans of dings, the decorative layer clock tower and a spire with a cross. The upper tiers built in the XVIII-XIX centuries in the classical style.
