Excellent hotel! Everything is new, high quality, good bath set, comfortable bed, incredible design 😍
There is only a wish to improve the sound insulation of the door, because. there is a big gap under the door. Now they sell smart thresholds, they would solve the problem. And so everything is super, the staff is friendly, you are very comfortable)

After visiting this "hotel", all my experiments with similar new establishments with an "excellent" rating ended.
This is not a hotel, this is a hostel. Real hostel.
There is no noise isolation or soundproofing at all. You hear everything - calls at the reception, the laughter of incomprehensible "administrators" at the reception, the sounds of heels and ALL doors.
Breakfast is generally a complete surprise. We ordered breakfast at 8 am. There is no breakfast, the administrator did not pass anything to anyone ... know comments. Never tried the "delicious breakfast".
They ask you to remove your booking from booking so as not to pay interest. They ask directly.
Payment in cash or via bank transfer. No checks, no statements, total tax evasion.
I do not recommend!

Excellent hotel. Firstly, it is new, with all that it implies. Secondly, it is made with high quality and taste. Nice staff. We liked everything. Recommend.

Great new hotel. Very clean, beautiful. Incredibly comfortable mattress on the bed. The kids slept on the couch, very comfortable. The plumbing is top notch. Delicious breakfast, large portions, prepared especially for you at the designated time

Superb hotel! The whole interior is fresh, new! The staff are friendly. Everything in the room is beautiful and tasteful. Cool mattress. A very pleasant pastime!

Rostov is a strategic point on the way between Moscow and Crimea for an overnight stay if you are traveling for two days. This is our second time staying at Aredo. A classy hotel with a high-quality new renovation, crystal cleanliness, excellent plumbing, perfect bed linen, wonderful staff. I liked the place very much, so on the way back there was no doubt that we would stop here again for the night. It has its own parking so you don't have to leave your car on the street. The prices are very democratic. And given that the hotel can be booked for VTB Multicard bonuses (read, we got it for free), this makes it just an ideal place. The main thing is that the quality of the hotel and service should remain at this high level in the future.

We spent two days at the hotel. Liked. Rooms are in perfect condition, it is always nice to feel like a pioneer - everything is new and in perfect condition. It can be seen that the owners of the hotel did not buy anything - linen, dishes, plumbing, everything is very high quality. But it is clear that they have not entered the cycle of hotel life a little more, for example, having breakfast would add a plus for them. For my part, I want to wish them good luck and good guests!
