Zvezda Hotel in Rostov-na-Donu

A nice place just to have a bit rest..the zvezda hotel is situated not far from Rostov on Don city center. It is about 30minutes walk to center. Around the hotel there is a nice and cheap store to buy some foods or anything to drink, even they sell good beer and wine etc. For a lowbudget hotel seeker and 3-5 days traveler, this hotel is so recommended..they have a 24hours a da sauna with small swimming pool inside it. But you need to pay about 2000rubles (about 45 $) for 2 hours minimum use, but worth it.
The hotel room is quite different one another. Make sure that the first day you'll enter thia hotel, your room is filled with towels and usually they will provide them by your request.
The hotel staffs especially front office desk, are vary. There is one very good staff who speaks english above average named Victoria. She is one of the best among the administrator there. There are also staff who couldn't even understand how to speak english but basically they are nice staffs.

Standard single room on the 9th floor: "+" - Internet, cable TV, refrigerator, fridge.
"-" - not enough sockets, stuffy, unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
Breakfast from 7:30 - Breakfast buffet. Quite tasty and varied. Billiards, sauna, mini-bowling, Parking.

Smells like Soviet Russia. Not all rooms have air conditioning. Very little email. electrical outlets in the rooms.
