The location is great! Everything you need is near the hotel.
Old building, no elevator, big stairs. This can create difficulties for older people and those with disabilities. We had no problems.
Renovation around the clock will solve any issue, polite guys.
High ceilings, interesting layout. The improved room is cozy, large and very clean. I wore white socks and they remained white😀 The only negative is that it’s cool in the room for us.
In general, price / quality. I recommend !

We booked a hotel on booking.com. The description fully corresponds to the hotel. True, the description does not say that the hotel is the dream of the wife of a trade union leader from the late USSR. Marble stairs, parquet floor. Ceilings under 5 meters, with a width of rooms of 2 meters. The bedroom has a false ceiling with luminescent stars. Two rooms, one has a bed, and a TV in the second room with a sofa. Furniture from the 90s or earlier. Paid parking - 150 rubles extra. The room key is on a wooden kolobashka, a cooler is in the corridor, but there is a refrigerator in the room.
In general, twofold impressions, I wanted to put three stars, but objectively probably 4.

I give five points for the price-quality ratio.
In this hotel, the furniture and furnishings, of course, are old, BUT !!! the room was clean and tidy, there were no foreign smells, the equipment was in working order and a very high mirrored ceiling.
If we compare prices and quality in Ryazan, then this option more than satisfied me.
Moreover, this is the historical center, for a tourist is the most necessary thing!

Modestly. The prices are normal. The staff is adequate, except for one. Took my number, checked out all the alcohol in the fridge. Called the receptionist and told that all is well. When I left the room, then 2 minutes catching up and vparivaet a bottle of Pepsi, supposedly I have open. Clown, thought I buy.

+ Расположение отличное, сервис на троечку, питание оценить не могу - не ели. Плюсы, помимо расположения - дешево и тепло в номере.
- Оторванные краны, поддон в душе в таком состоянии, что без резиновых тапок не встанешь. При заселении номер был прокурен насквозь, хотя висит грозное объявление, что при курении в номере с постояльцев взимается стоимость генеральной уборки в размере, кажется, 5000 р. У нас точно этой уборки не было. Скандалить не стали, окно приоткрыли, за время нашего отсутствия более-менее проветрилось. Кулер работал только на 2 этаже. Подниматься к себе на 3-й с кипятком по высоченной лестнице - удовольствие сомнительное. Общее впечатление - гостиница даже до уровня 2 звезд не дотягивает, но для туриста на одну ночь сойдет.
