Hotel Complex Renabo

I was there 3 years ago and nothing has changed since then. The interior has lost its lustre. The main shower is broken, works badly, hot water is poorly regulated. The administrator was unable to set the sauna temperature. In general, the service leaves much to be desired.

I want to share my opinion about the complex "Renamo". Planned a modest celebration on the occasion of the wedding of 25 people and stayed in a room with a barbecue area, Booked for the month by making a Deposit, entering the room and seeing around the table firmly standing sofas, asked the administrator can I set up the chairs for ease of exit from the table? (the celebration was conducted by the toastmaster and was scheduled contests, dances, etc.). Arriving two weeks before our event once again, for planning the placement of the decorations in the hall, asked the question again, is another girl receptionist, the answer was the same. Arrived on the appointed day and time (rent of premises according to the rules "Renamo" from 11 am to 11 PM) saw that the premises are not ready for admission (no table setting that was included in the rent, sofas stood in the same place, the floors are dirty). Approaching the administrator with the question why? There was a woman of unpleasant appearance and in a raised voice said "Renbo" is not obliged to lay the table with 11 hours?!especially to put chairs! was asked several times to introduce what position it is in response to the silence, as if to say maybe, but hearing a complete disaster. And continued our dialogue, and the full monologue from "LADIES". Eventually gave me my husband and my friends marazmatichek, it turns out, no one promised to put the chairs, table setting and overall, girls administrators on our descriptions have never been. Telling her - view cameras, where everything is seen and heard, the "LADIES" happened again "coma". What sort of apology or action to address the issue of comfort....tacit reversal backside! From the staff we were approached by a very polite older man and apologized, saying that now clean room and put all the necessary utensils on the table. The lady receptionist was also interested in whether we have a normal day and at the end of the evening. Of course I tried not to pay attention and not to spoil the festive mood, but the Deposit of 100 % is left! Advice to the founder (s) "Renbo" to pay attention to this person, namely, her negative and rude attitude towards guests, increased tone, inability to listen, to hear and decide the questions which are apparently within its competence. In such a wonderful place should not work, and even more money to such unscrupulous employees!
