In the heat room, the window overlooks the wifi corridor, then they turn it off, then turn on the room closely

I have never been to this hotel, reviews about it are contradictory. Was in the restaurant "Admiral", above which the hotel is located. I didn’t like it. Recently they made repairs, now it is a different restaurant.

The strangest hotel I've ever stayed in. Perhaps its most important advantage was its proximity to the site where our event was held.
At the entrance to this mini-hotel there are stairs with steps of different widths, the first time I've seen this. The windows of the rooms overlook the corridors where the offices are located, so one could only dream of fresh air. Plus I had to constantly curtain the windows, because the offices were located directly opposite the windows of the hotel rooms.
The room had towels, a bathrobe, disposable slippers, a hygiene kit, and a hairdryer. The single beds are rather narrow, the bedspreads rolled up in places on them, they should be replaced. Bed linen is in good condition.
The room rate included breakfast. Very monotonous. It was scrambled eggs, a sausage, cheese and cucumber sandwich and a few slices of tomato.
