Hotel Lena is probably the most central in the heart of Yakutsk city. The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable enough. We stayed here a few times in Dec 2015.. it was frigging -48°C outside! The bathroom in our in our Luxe Family room is perpetually clogged but all these adversities are mitigated by their friendly and very flexible staff who let us check-in 6am and even accommodated our requests for extended hours and additional stay when we were stranded at the airport due flight cancellations. There's a nice cosy bar and restaurant upstairs that open till 1am if you don't feel like getting out into the cold.

The hotel is on a solid deuce!!!all very old and worn!the bathroom was soaked coating on the wall and will soon fall off direct to the guest.Wi Fi is another story-when choosing a hotel wifi was a priority.,TK is associated with the work.the signal is,but it breaks every minute or two.it is impossible to work.the TV probably also tied to this location.the picture regularly disappears.completely unrealistic.lost money because of this.if you appreciate the service and comfort is not your choice.

Good place for 4 points. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good Wi-Fi. Pub "Sherlock" on top. However the shower set is really poor. And so it was arranged.

I do not recommend this place. First set the room really is very poor three towels in the bathroom only soap and shampoo why I neponyal, but could put the shower gel. About the Slippers, I love them, too. The second bath is not clean, dust dirt. This information is for program revisora. Thirdly cleaners to bed, do not touch apparently afraid of or the responsibility of them is not included. From the positive can mark only coffee pub, seems good.

A modest hotel with a modest level of service. The rooms are small, bathroom is poor. Soap and shampoo, but toothbrushes are not provided. Breakfast is also modest. A modest hotel.

Met not friendly, no Internet in the bathroom not cleaned, is bad. A double room and only one towel set for washing is scarce. Bar on 5+

Good hotel for a reasonable price. I got stuck in a room where the wifi wasn't strong. Had to use the internet in the hallway, which was uncomfortable.

- Nothing. It might be a good idea to have something in the room that describes what is in the hotel, and the relationship to the restaurant, and getting tea and water and ice and so on ... Joe

The hotel is not worth the money, Breakfast is cold, the mashed potatoes dry, prepared from powder. There is no sound insulation. Towels are grey nestrasil stains linen yellow.

Quite nice hotel, the staff could use a bit more smile as well as greetings sometimes. The room was very clean, new-ish feeling, good shower too.
