Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, small comments on the state of plumbing and water pressure in the water supply system, pressure jumps regularly, which is annoying when taking a shower.

A cockroach is floating in the kettle, the floors are dirty, musty smell, hair is floating in the pool and jacuzzi, the ceiling is yellow, the karaoke is sounding and crackling, the microwave does not heat, they called the administrator, she called the cleaner, to which she was indignant that after she left it was clean !! ! The administrator did not offer any towels or dishes - I had to beg for everything

Good by local standards hotel, no complaints. Conveniently located

Comfortable, warm, soft beds. There is a safe for keeping personal belongings. Polite administrator and staff. Delicious breakfasts. On the 3rd floor is cold, especially in the corner room. The second is much better. TV shows a bunch of channels, including Yakut. Cons: 3rd floor, far from the airport.
