A good hotel for Sakhalin and considering the price of the rooms. The first plus is the location, near the city center, next to the zoo, a beautiful park, and a ski slope. Best hotel in town! The staff is responsive. They met us and helped us find a room in a full hotel. We didn't book in advance. Special thanks to manager Vyacheslav for the warm welcome. A delicious breakfast is included in the price. And also fitness, sauna. Gorgeous room service. After a long flight, you don’t even need to go for food - they brought it straight to your bed.

A very beautiful and pleasant place, even when you go outside it smells somehow special, the breakfast is varied, there is a choice, but I stopped for a pancake ah. There is a spa and much more, located separately from city roads. In general, I liked it very much, I recommend it!!! And have a nice rest

Great hotel located in a green area. Fresh air, great rooms, very polite and helpful staff. The rooms are carefully cleaned, towels are changed every day, there are slippers and bathrobes. Billiards, sauna and gym are included in the price. The food in the restaurant is also top notch. Recommend.

Nice hotel, but a little bit expensive. Very large rooms, big comfortable bed. A safety deposit box is also provided. Luggage storage is available at the front desk. Great breakfast with a wide selection of dishes, local red fish was especially delicious.

Basic hotel, no frills, but large room size with a king sized bed, seating area, work desk, wardrobe and a bathroom will a full sized bath. Design is classic, old school, but furniture condition is new. Rooms are very clean. Staff are not exactly friendly and seems bored most of the time. Did not eat at the restaurant, but colleague said that breakfast was a miss.
Great scallops. Good Fish soup and split pea soup.
Hotel was quite no frills, but it was well located and nice enough. Rooms were clean and a good size. The breakfast buffet was a little hit and miss, not too many choices for my taste but I didn't go hungry. The food in the bar was also decent, but not exceptional. Well located, just walking distance from the train station.
Decent room, the prices are somewhat inflated - I think the minimum salary must be 3500 - 4000; From the positive - clean room, daily change of towels, steady wi-fi, Breakfast - buffet - above all praise, for every taste - well done chef worthy of the award; the first thing I noticed in the bathroom is not enough ventilation, no air freshener, bath not clean at all - as was soap plaque on the walls...

Good level of comfort, friendly staff, conscientious daily cleaning of the rooms. The only drawback is the lack of a free drinking water, but if there is a kettle in the room and shops within walking distance, this is not too important

The room looks good despite the fact that the furniture and appliances are old.
